We are delighted to announce further growth success. From 1 January 2026, the Best Western Premier Hotel Regensburg will expand our [BEE]PARTMENT portfolio – marking a significant milestone on our journey.

With 128 rooms including 6 suites, a spacious conference area for up to 150 people, modern 4-star superior facilities and an ideal location between the city centre and the motorway, the location fits perfectly with our philosophy: comfort, flexibility and a temporary home for people on the move.

Its location in the west of the city – between the A3 and A93 motorways and the historic old town – makes the hotel an ideal location for business travellers, project staff and long-term guests.

A Mediterranean restaurant with seating for around 120 guests, a stylish bar accommodating up to 60 guests, and a wellness and fitness area provide the perfect way to unwind after a busy day of work or travel.

Parking & Mobility

Modernisation and reorientation from 2026

With the takeover, [BEE]PARTMENT will work with the owners to launch a comprehensive modernisation and strategic reorientation of the hotel. The aim is to further develop the building and its concept and tailor it ideally to the needs of a changing market.

Companies can already register their interest in future quotas and corporate rates. We provide individual advice and create flexible solutions for project stays, installations, business trips and long-stay requirements.
